Bob’s Machine was proud of our hard work in continuing to grow in 2020 despite pandemic hardships.
The outdoor community seems to be one of the lucky ones that thrived during lockdowns and put more people into nature than in many many years.
Not only boating, but mounting bike, hiking, camping all seems to have brought people away from TV, video games, and into living ‘real life’ again. We can only hope that the youth that experienced the great outdoors this year continue to enjoy the passion their whole lives!
With the 2020 boating year, many people became first time boat owners, and we saw dealership that completely sold out of boats!
To keep up with demand Bob’s proudly invested into ourselves, adding 5 new CNC mills, a new powder coating oven, and many other pieces of shop equipment. Not only will this new equipment help us keep up with demand, but will allow us to work on new products!
Also in 2020, we are proud to be the first jack plate company to release a NMEA 2000 backbone connection. Garmin has already signed on, and we expect all of the MFD manufactures to have updates for their units in 2021 to support jack plates!
