CNC Programmer - Posted June 22th 2021

As CNC Machinist Team Member with Bob's Machine your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Program, setup, and operate 3 and 4 axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers utilizing G-Code programming.
• Select proper tooling to machine components as needed.
• Identify worn tooling to replace or adjust offsets.
• Ability of lift to 50 lbs. and follow safety, operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Sweep and clean workspace to maintain a clean working environment.

 

Qualifications

As a CNC Machinist teammate, you must be service-oriented and have a high level of attention to detail. An unwavering commitment to safety is essential.

All interested applicants must possess:

• 3-5 years minimum of experience with CNC programming and machining.
• Proven ability of program at the machine utilizing G-Code programming.
• Proven ability of measure parts with common metrology equipment.
• Know of, apply, and practice safety precautions in a warehouse and material handling environment.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, and vendors.
• Available to work overtime if needed

 

Our ideal candidate will also:

• Knowledge and experience with Fusion Cam software of similar
• Experience with Haas, Doosan, or Cincinnati CNC mills and lathes
• Experience with manual Mills and Lathes.
