Returns

You can return a part within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in the same
condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Send it back by mail, or drop it off at our shop — 8802 E Broadway Ave, Tampa, FL 33619,
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm ET. Call 813-247-7040 or write to
[email protected] before you ship anything back, so we know it is coming.

What it costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. A jack plate weighs 70 lb or more, so
    check the cost with your carrier before shipping.
  • A 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

What cannot be returned

  • Plates machined to order
  • Anything powder coated or hydro-graphic coated to order
  • Parts that have already been installed

Refunds

Once the part is back and inspected, we email you either way. Approved refunds go back to the
original payment method; banks usually take a few days to post them.

Warranty is separate

Warranty claims are not returns and have their own terms: lifetime structural warranty on jack
plates to the original end user, 3 years on Action and Standard series pumps, 1 year on other jack
plate parts. Within the first year we send a prepaid label for warranty items; after that shipping
is on the customer. See our Terms of Service for the full text.

How long before it ships

  • Jack plates, silver: 1–3 weeks
  • Jack plates, powder coated: 2–4 weeks
  • Everything else: 1–3 business days
