Returns

You can return a part within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in the same
condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Send it back by mail, or drop it off at our shop — 8802 E Broadway Ave, Tampa, FL 33619,
Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm ET. Call 813-247-7040 or write to
[email protected] before you ship anything back, so we know it is coming.

What it costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. Jack plates are heavy, so check the cost with your carrier before shipping.
  • A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund, on jack plates and on every other part.

What cannot be returned

  • Plates machined to order
  • Anything powder coated or hydro-graphic coated to order
  • Parts that have already been installed or drilled

Refunds

Once the part is back and inspected, we email you either way. Approved refunds go back to the
original payment method; banks usually take a few days to post them.

Warranty is separate

Warranty claims are not returns and have their own terms. The plate structure has a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. The pump warranty goes by the invoice date: 3 years for plates invoiced before January 1, 2020, 5 years for plates invoiced from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2024, and 3 years for plates invoiced from January 1, 2025. If the invoice is not available, the build date from the plate’s serial number is used instead. Wear items (relays and the relay harness, switches, bushings, wiring and solenoids) have 1 year, and powder coat 6 months. If the pump is less than 1 year old, the part and shipping are free within the USA; after that the customer pays shipping only. See our Terms of Service for the full text.

How long before it ships

  • Jack plates, silver: 1–3 weeks
  • Jack plates, powder coated: 3–5 weeks. Powder coat has been on backorder since September 2, 2026, so message us for the current date.
  • Everything else: 1–3 business days
