If you need to work around a scupper or other drain, hole, bolt, pickup, rub rails/transom lip , whatever, on the back of your boat, dont modify your jack plate.  Get these scupper spacers and trim as necessary so it spaces the jack plate out past the clearance problem!

Some Shallow water anchor brackets will need these.  Newer Yamaha SHO 2021+ with Raptor brackets need the 2″ spacer.  Can be used on others that want extra clearance also.

This spacers the bracket out past the bolt heads of the jack plate.

SET OF STACKABLE SPACERS (6) FOR TILT & TRIM/CLAMP ON ENGINE

These are a great solution for clamp on motors that don’t screw down far enough to grab a jack plate, tilt trim, or thin transom.  Much better looking and stronger than a piece of wood that is commonly seen!

These spacers are made out of strong aluminum alloy and machined flat on both sides. Adding these spacers is the simplest way of getting that extra couple m.p.h.. These spacers go between the transom and the engine’s mounting bracket or they can also be installed between the jack plate and engine.

The 2″ Spacer kit comes complete with 4.5″ stainless steel bolts & nuts.  The others are small enough that regular bolts can be used.  If you think you need longer bolts, please give us a call and we can make a custom bolt kit for your needs. Additional fees might apply.

By applying the set back spacers to the transom, you are moving the center of gravity of the hull further back. By doing this you are re-balancing the boat which allows the hull to remain at its present attitude with less trim. Therefore, you have more power to push the boat forward rather than to hold the bow up.
